Global Travellers is a private consultancy that provides guidance and application support for visas and travel planning. It is operated by Tech Wave Studio (tech-wave.am) and can be reached at info@tech-wave.am.
We are not a government body, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority, and we are not affiliated with IRCC, the U.S. Department of State, UK Visas and Immigration, the European Commission, or any other government agency.
2. Nature of our services
We help you understand entry requirements, prepare document checklists, and support visa or travel-authorisation applications based on information you provide. Official decisions (approvals, refusals, fees, and processing times) are made solely by the relevant government authorities.
Information on this website is general guidance only and may change. It is not a substitute for official government sources. Always verify requirements with the competent authority for your nationality and trip.
3. Consultations and bookings
When you submit a consultation request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that we may contact you using the details you share, as described in our Privacy Policy.
An initial consultation may be offered free of charge. Additional services and fees will be explained before you commit. Submitting a form does not create a binding obligation to purchase paid services until both parties agree.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
Visa and travel-authorisation decisions are discretionary and depend on factors outside our control, including government policy, your personal circumstances, and the completeness of your application. We do not guarantee approval, processing times, or any particular result.
Government fees (for example eTA or visa application fees) are paid directly to the relevant authority and are separate from any fees you pay us for consultancy services.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:

- Not use our services for unlawful immigration or fraudulent applications
- Review official government requirements for your trip
- Keep your contact details up to date while we assist you
6. Website use
You may use this website for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes related to exploring our services. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale without permission, or misuse forms (including spam or automated submissions).
7. Intellectual property
Content on this website (text, branding, layout, and materials we create) is owned by Global Travellers or our licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit it without our prior written consent, except for personal reference or as allowed by applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish and EU consumer law, Global Travellers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on general information published here.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Where we provide paid services under a separate engagement, any liability caps or specific remedies will be set out in that engagement.

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the consultation form you acknowledge that policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence within the EU, courts in Spain shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform or other alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms available under EU law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where applicable law requires a different approach for material changes.
